Staff like Olga at reception were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our family felt at home. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, although a menu would help streamline the ordering process. the room felt quite small for our family, limiting our space for luggage. The spa facilities had issues. the outdoor hot tub was too cold, and the area felt overcrowded. the check-in process was slow, which added to our anxiety upon arrival. While we enjoyed the dining experience overall, inconsistencies in food quality did stand out. Despite these concerns, the hotel maintained a charming atmosphere, making it a pleasant stay overall.

But, oh dear! The breakfast setup was a bit of a circus, and charging for the spa? Seriously? A chest of drawers in the Superior room wouldn’t go amiss either.

my family and i had an amazing stay at the chaberton while soaking in the stunning views of the mountains. the staff went above and beyond, especially the shuttle bus driver who was always cheerful and helpful. the cozy room made our trip unforgettable, definitely exceeding our expectations during this incredible getaway.
